1. Service Agreements
Kayan Aletihad Maintenance provides specialized mechanical maintenance, repair, and industrial support services. All work is conducted under rigorous precision engineering standards.
Scheduled Maintenance
Performance of periodic checks as defined in the master service agreement (MSA) to ensure operational continuity.
Emergency Repairs
Rapid response protocols for industrial failures, subject to specific tiered response times and site accessibility.
2. User Responsibilities
The Client (User) acknowledges that effective industrial maintenance requires collaboration and transparency.

Site Access:
Unrestricted and safe access to the facility and equipment must be provided at the agreed-upon time.

Clients must provide up-to-date equipment details, manuals, and previous maintenance logs to our engineers.

5. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi Arabian court system.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time to reflect changes in industrial regulations or company policy. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via the email address provided in your Service Agreement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
